      Pros

      - Fast career start. I had a rapid start to my career and gained significant professional growth early on. - Challenging and meaningful tasks. I was trusted with complex projects even as an intern, which became an important milestone in my development. - Talented colleagues. I had the opportunity to work with smart and motivated professionals. - Strong technical culture. Yandex promotes a high standard of engineering and problem-solving.

      Cons

      - Slow salary growth. Compensation did not keep pace with my career progression and new responsibilities. - Frequent internal changes. The company often shifts goals and priorities, which creates uncertainty. - Corporate politics. There are noticeable internal power plays and frequent team reshuffles. - Limited remote flexibility. Although Yandex claims to support international remote work, in practice there seem to be quiet layoffs of employees based outside Russia.
