      Pros

      All coworkers was a very smart and talented people, and it's very nice place.

      Cons

      There are no organization/coordination, all people do what the want, when they want, and how they want, without care about colleagues (even when they are working on one product), so all results are done just by mistake :)

      Pros

      - great culture. Focus on building awesome products, not on politics - smart people around. Great place to learn and share ideas - solid and innovative technology. - impact. Yandex in many ways shape the way Russian Internet will look tomorrow - great working conditions. Office, food, etc

      Cons

      It's hard not to like Yandex. The only downsides I see are related to the fact that Yandex grew big quite fast. I tend to think this problems are temporary. So: - sharing knowledge between the teams is often ineffective - slow to react due to the number of people involved

      - Decision making by consensus: it's really hard to push controversial decisions. Furthermore, sometimes too many people participate in this process
