Business Outlook
Pros
* Flexible schedule; * interesting and challenging tasks; * lots of communication, all decisions are made through discussion; * lots of clever people, professinals around; * open and friendly atmosphere within the company; * free lunches, coffee/tea, snacks; * comfortable and well-designed office; * free underground parking.
Cons
Not a lot so far: * due to the company has become very large, it is hard to make a consensus when a lot of people or groups are involved in a project; * salary level is not very high (about the average of the market), however due to other benefits it is not the issue :)
