      Pros

      Challenging tasks, highly competent co-workers, great office, free food and other perks. One of the best companies to work for in Russia.

      Cons

      I don't know about other positions, but my experience was just great and I really can't come up with any downsides of working as Yandex.

      * Nice people; * Challenging tasks, research has to be done; * High degree of freedom -- choose the tasks you are interested in;

      Cons

      * Problems with management (growth pains); * Location of St. Petersburg office is far from ideal; * A lot of work is dedicated to support of existing systems -- not the most interesting job ever.
