      strong company, leader on the market nice conditions loyal senior management lots of opportunities

      some tasks and features have wrong priorities too many meetings and discussions there are problems of communication between departments

      Best company for software engineer to work in Russia.

      Pros

      * Flexible schedule; * interesting and challenging tasks; * lots of communication, all decisions are made through discussion; * lots of clever people, professinals around; * open and friendly atmosphere within the company; * free lunches, coffee/tea, snacks; * comfortable and well-designed office; * free underground parking.

      Cons

      Not a lot so far: * due to the company has become very large, it is hard to make a consensus when a lot of people or groups are involved in a project; * salary level is not very high (about the average of the market), however due to other benefits it is not the issue :)

      Pros

      Best place to work in Russia if you want to create great internet products. Very good conditions inside the office.

      Cons

      Not a lof of cons:) No insurance for family members and for pregnancy is available. Compensation level is in the middle of the market.
