      Fast-paced environment, lots of smart devs around, and tons of really interesting and challenging projects. A great place to grow professionally.

      Cons

      Yandex is a Russian company, and HQ is in Moscow. For some people this might be a blocker.

      - strong team - nice office with good location and facilities - free food, massage and other such things

      Cons

      - too much depends on your boss. All of mine were really professional and tried to make everything to help me to evolve, but if your boss just do not care, you'll have a lot of troubles. - salary rates may vary even between people who make the same job.
