      Pros

      interesting topics, good enoough office, wide workplaces, large tables, good work-life balance - flexible worktime. Great specialists, some unique technologies to work with, interesting work on maps.

      Cons

      Management tends sometimes to optimise something that is not really related to work or performance. It is hard to argue sometimes. Long time workers get more benefits independently of their performance event it became worse.
