Challenging tasks, highly competent co-workers, great office, free food and other perks. One of the best companies to work for in Russia.

Cons

I don't know about other positions, but my experience was just great and I really can't come up with any downsides of working as Yandex.

Good people, good products, free work time planning, good equipment with hardware and software. Mainly good service plans.

Cons

Sometimes (subjectively) it is difficult to make people understand what is good and what is wrong from the user point of view. Management does their plans to the detriment of the interests of the users.
