Pros

You will be recognized if you do a good job even the company has 16000 employers. If you are working in marketing department, it will be easy to market your products as the bank is very well known.

Cons

Instead of creative and instant solutions with great minded managers, it turned into a company where procedures followed and solutions became much more limited.

People are so helpful and directors want to teach us everything they know. Working environment is also great. We have too much learning opportunities.

Cons

Some departmants do not need so much classified employees. For example high school graduates are able to do the job which university graduates do.
