      Pros

      - very good shuttle organization - lots of social facilities (starbucks, ramiz köfte etc.) - free clothing (only in ykbü) - payment for overtime - lots of trainings

      Cons

      - you have no different than a machine from company point of view. - no fun in office - lots and lots of rules and regulations. A rule for everything. 0 flexibility - 1 person decide on everything. mid level managers are almost useless. top management want something and all mid level managers pass information to below - high workload - not very high skill level at overall

      learning opportunities and interacting with high qualified professionals. very open and collaborative environment asking people to improve themselves. good management

      Cons

      taking more responsibilities than the work requires. the work load is quite high since the managers expect you to be involved in all aspects of the business.
