Average salary in comparison other similar companies, bright and comfortable office space, coffee breaks, good and reliable team mates and medical insurance.

Cons

Not much "interesting" works , projects. Also, problems with promotions lately. Not the most honest way of wage distribution, salary according to seniority, not by professional abilities. Few training courses.
