People are really helpful and they are ready to teach and share. Respected organization in the sector and this will give you opportunity to improve yourself. Benefits are pretty good comparing to other organizations in the same industry.

Cons

If you want to work in another department while working in one, the process is painful. Managers are acting based on their interests not yours or your skills.
