Pros
Lots of perks, food is great, coworkers are top tier, leadership is slow at making decisions and struggles to make progress, but everyone really believes in the mission and wants to work to make YouTube the best place for creators. You have no idea how much time we spend reading all the tweets, feedback, reddit threads and comments. Everyone cares deeply about getting this right for creators and viewers.
Cons
Really slow decision making processes. Leadership is a huge bottleneck and lots of projects get cancelled after people have worked for months just because the CEO, CBO, or CPO changed their mind last minute.
