      Pros

      Incredible co-workers, everyone is extremely intelligent, smart and motivated. Great work-life balance and focus on growth.

      Cons

      - Compensation - Micromanaging executives. CPO, CTO and CEO all like to review every single word that goes out the door. This results in a minimum of 10 reviews before a product launch. It slows down everyone and creates a huge bottleneck. No one is allowed to innovate. The focus is slowly on small step changes. Disappointing that we don't have the courage to be industry leaders.

      Worked at Telecom Consulting as an intern and met a great group of people. Everyone is really supportive and has a lot to offer I definitely had a lot to take away from this position

      Cons

      I didn't receive a job offer after completing my internship. I loved working there.
