I have been in the workforce for decades and have worked with some of the most admired organizations. Yummly has exceeded my expectations! The Leadership team cares passionately about the customer experience and making sure employees have the support and guidance they need while keeping the bar high on hiring, product quality, and innovation. I come to work everyday knowing I will be inspired by my colleagues. There is a rigorous focus on driving our product quality to the next level. Complacency can kill an organization and its culture...there is no complacency here.

Where do I begin? When I first read the reviews I was skeptical. I didn't think it was possible to rank so high on Glassdoor. I then pursued a position at Yummly and couldn't be happier to be a part such a unique family. It is very rare and difficult to find a workplace where your views and hard work are appreciated. I am yet to meet anyone that does not extend a helping hand. The 'No Jerk Policy' is really a thing, so jerks/narcissists/know it alls, need not apply. Management respects feedback and they do everything in their power to ensure that the teams' needs are met. Compensation is competitive, while the 401K plan is one of the best I've ever come across. As a subsidiary of Whirlpool, deep discounts are offered on appliances from the family of brands including KitchenAid and Jenn-Air. Work life balance is truly a thing here. I could seriously keep going!
