Pros

Nice workmates and there is a variety of cultures

Cons

Everything else is terrible , they don't explain anything about the job but they expect you to know everything and to be fast ... The salary isn't good enough and some people are just disrecpetful ... The managers don't even know what they are doing and there is no control at all over certain activities... There is no locker or space to save your bag or your clothes so basically you just have to leave it wherever you can ... Even though work mates are nice with each other the customers are treat pretty bad there is no real respect for other people ... If you want to get discount you have to wait 6 months which is crazy ... They will make you work for other departments even though you have finished yours and help others and they still don't pay extra hours and the job is really hard ... This job is a joke seriously !!

Pros

Profit sharing for employees, global commission, automatic raises on work anniversaries, 25% discount, 4 week vacation and 5 personal days, and you will learn a lot about operations and management. Pay is relatively competitive and there is a lot of room to grow within the company.

Cons

Customers can be extremely rude and hateful, the schedule is chaotic, you only get two consecutive days off once a month, they give you a small window to use your vacation (two weeks at a time each season), and some corporate departments can be hard to reach or simply inefficient.

Pros

Received 3 closing 8 hour shifts on my first week upon being hired, was not prepared for this as it was my first retail job, although I was able to learn quickly and get the hang of it. Many many hours if thats what you're looking for. Managers are very respectful and helpful when it comes to teaching you what to do (although I was not trained by them) and you are able to learn how to work very efficiently.

Cons

Very demanding and very high workload, if you work here be ready to be on your feet for hours working nonstop. In my opinion pay is insufficient to the work you are required to do. If you arent prepared for a very fast paced working environment and lots of it, you shouldn't apply here.
