      Nice coworkers and managers, helpful management and were laid back about switching shifts

      Cons

      When it was time to do floor organization things would often run very late, sometimes our breaks would get skipped if the store got busy

      Great pay but..

      Pros

      Zara offered group commission - lets say if your section did well then you would get commission based on that. I'm not sure if they do that anymore. For a retail job, the pay was decent and full time workers working 8 hours got an hour break.

      Cons

      The discount was skimpy. The managers showed blatant favortism. No upward mobility in this company (unless favoritism was shown to you by a manager.) Closing could be very tedious especially during sale . You would either get a decent amount of hours or hours would be cut severely.

      COULD BE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE

      Pros

      Friendly associates, if it wasn't for them, I wouldn't work for such a messy place whom everybody is trying to talk behind eachothers back. That goes to the HEADQUARTERS in Vancouver and the managers of ZARA's women stores.

      Cons

      Not enough people on the floor to help the costumers and the managers tend to get mad at you if you do not do your job well. Nobody takes responsibility. New associates were not trained well and if older working associates wanted to correct them, they would get offended.
