-Commission is general split amongst all -Fashion forwad -Work with a team -if you are a good worker you get hours -now its 25% off clothing -its a job -you can move up quickly in the company -full time employees have good benefits, but managers and merchandisers have even better -co-workers and managers
Cons
-corporate is always trying to change our flow and the way things move for us, especially a fast paced store -budget cutting hours during wrong times, especially a very popular tourist destination store -communication is not the best -everyone gets overwhelmed easily -its retail -for being one of the wealthiest person in the world, should pay more or consider the hard work your employees do..we all come to the company loving it and wanting to move up, but drop like flies when you see how it is more based of quantity and not quality
