Pros
Honestly there are not really any pros. I think the employee discount should be 50% off. It is only 25%. But I guess any type of discount is a pro rather than a con. So if this job had any it would be the discount.
Cons
Zara is an interesting company, they pay their workers so cheap for the amount of work and just torture that you receive being there. From interacting with very rude customers, to picking clothing off the ground from customers that are literally barbaric and not civilized one bit. I would also like to save people who try to apply here and they are in college, I repeat this is not a job for college students at all it is made for a high school student who still lives with their parents. It baffles me that jobs other than Zara really think that it is ok to pay someone so little for jobs that take a lot out of you. I had to quit because they will literally work you as close as they can without making you full time so they don't have to pay the benefits. Its honestly probably one of the worst jobs I have ever had. I think even the corporate people are very snobby. I never understood how people who do not know how to smile or people who are not friendly even manage to make it up that far it always baffles me. I hate the corporate world and how they try to scare you or make you feel any type of way when they arrive. Those people are just like normal people who obviously have confidence issues because when they get an ounce of power they use it for evil. Anyways I'm gonna stop at that and peace out. Hope this helps anyone who is considering this company. Its not horrible but if you value yourself and your a college student, save yourself some time and don't work here.
