Pros
Great way to meet new people. The schedules are flexible for those in school or have other jobs. The discount is 25% which helps a lot!
Cons
The atmosphere is not always the best. There's a lot of drama between employees and managers. Managers are unkind. Often hear the customers complain about the lack of attention given by managers so associates are forced to excuse their behavior. Also you start to see a trend when different races enter the store management tells security to keep an eye out on those who "look like they are going to steal".
