      There isn't an aggressive approach to sales so you aren't competing with coworkers for commission and you don't have to feel like you're harassing customers.

      Cons

      I didn't feel like I was given a lot of guidance or feedback in terms of how I was doing.

      You get commission, managers are great and helpful, good amount of hours, all of my coworkers are really nice, you get 25% discount

      Cons

      There are times that you need to stay late to finish some work, you need to wait about a month and a half to get your discount card
