      District Manager from Hell

      Pros

      If you want hands on training encompassing all areas of focus in retail, this is the company.

      Cons

      The District Manager was from hell. It felt like your own manager was continuously scheming behind your back. Completely non-supportive. Inept at mentoring a quality candidate who was willing to give it her all. Unbelievable amount of pressure. Nothing, and i mean NOTHING you could do which will satisfy her. Completely messes with your peace of mind.

      Maybe the discount, but even then that's not a huge deal breaker.

      Cons

      Management was rude, inconsiderate of the employees. Employees were just as worse, hardly worked as a team. Low pay for a demanding job, long hours, and just plain overall rude staff.
