Pros

Like most chain stores, a lot of your experience will vary depending on your managers and who you work with. My manager and assistant manager were great - fair and full of energy, although demanding at times. I was in the children's department which was smaller and much more relaxed, and I learned the ropes fairly quickly since this was my first retail job.

Cons

I did a lot of learning on the fly, which was fine by me. People in other departments would work insanely long hours after closing in order to rearrange displays, but my department wasn't too bad at the end of the day.

Pros

It is good for first experience in fashion retailing. After Zara nothing like fast paced environment scares you.

Cons

The job is taking all your energy, no time and forces to do anything else.
