Pros

Great clothes, and that's about it cause those shows they make you wear are so uncomfortable. Their Men's department is pretty great too.

Cons

Insane tasks. The managers need people skills. There's no communication between management and staff. Poor time management when closing came.

Pros

Provided with uniform, hour long lunch break, staff discount after 3 months, fast pace, training about fashion trends and inspiration for the clothing

Cons

Early morning delivery shifts - 7am, frequent changes in management, pressure to reduce costs leads to the store feeling understaffed, late night closing shifts followed by early morning opening/delivery shifts

Pros

Zara is a on trend retailer that produces thousands of styles each season. The attention to detail in store is impressive.

Cons

The work is over whelming with very little pay, management does not have much sense of direction and over all unpleasant to deal with.
