Meh not really worth it

Pros

Hours are great. They'll only cut your hours if they're about to fire you. Very fast paced environment which is great if you hate standing around all day. Co-workers are all wonderful. There's also team commission so no pressure to sell. You only have to wear a uniform which makes life a little easier in the morning.

Cons

Very poor work-life balance. Customers can be nasty as per usual when you work in retail (but it's okay to be a bit nasty back). Management gets switched around a lot, without any notice. Some managers are very hardworking and considerate of their employees. Others, not so much. Discount's only 15% given only after working there for 3 months.

Pros

Nice employees, nice atmosphere, managers were nice and polite, gave reasonable hours.

Cons

Low pay, also the hours are long and can be stressful. Sales is the worst as you will meet terrible customers.
