Business Outlook
Pros
They schedule you the hours if you need it. The stores are usually busy and there is quite some work to be done to make time go by faster. Minimum wage, but potential for growth in company if you are dedicated to the job.
Cons
Was not a fan of the management, they weren't super friendly and were more intimidating then helpful. I've worked many other retail positions, but liked this one the least. Zara was very strict with rules and policies, did not enjoy my time there.
