      Encouraged to learn all the time. Good prospects to progress. Friendly environment. Pay was good for basic job

      Negative management tactics. Store was somewhat neglected by head office. Hours changed without notification

      Co workers and team work.

      Cons

      Management depends on stronger people, breaks sometimes aren't until 6 hrs into shift, disorganized, gossipy, unprofessional managers, favortism, everyone is fake when corporate comes around, oh and petty.

      Pros

      Global commission is a nice addition to the paycheck. Good pay for the long hours. My managers were great, as were most of my co-workers. Very busy store with lots to learn and do.

      Cons

      I have seen some unkind management. Corporate is miserable. The employee discount could be better. Busy stores, sometimes overwhelmingly so. Not a place to work for the faint of heart.
