Pros
You get a raise every six months or every year depending on the management. I got a raise of 2 dollars in two years....but still meh! I always had more than 30 hours a week and I was a part time so that is the only thing that kept me in Zara for two years.
Cons
HATE management! they always have the worst attitude towards their employees. Most of the times they won't even say hi to you, they will only tell you what to do and that's it. The discount is nothing. Your feet will be tired at the end of your shift because the only thing you will be doing is folding tables and walking around the store with a TON of go backs. During sale season is the worst, so be prepared! They only offer full time positions to people that don't go to school. The music is BORING. You have to use the uniform shoes that are super uncomfortable otherwise you will have to buy your own black shoes. You will never get recognize by your work. Like I said, I worked for Zara for two years and I never had a recognition of how I worked. And there is and always be drama!
