Pros
Uniform is provided. Fairly comfortable.
Cons
Bad management (Managers are unprofessional and hiring and firing is constant.). No benefits for part-timers and 15% employee discount off already overpriced and low quality clothes. $9 an hour is ridiculous when the workload is heavy and constantly busy (especially during the holidays!) and regular customers that come to the store are also difficult to deal with (Miami customers, not sure about other locations). Management really has no respect for its employees and hours can be cut in half or more if they no longer want you around but do not want to fire you due to insurance.
