      Disorganized, not motivated

      Pros

      Nice working environment , nice music. Good check pay. Working suits are provided.

      Cons

      Very Poor employee discount, 15%. A lot of sales associates are not motived b/c commission is based on hrs you work per week. Older workers would like to give new workers more work. Not very good corporate culture. Disorganized on higher management. Sales are not clearly noticed who to talk to if they want to reschedule. Absolute NO opportunities for promotion. Manager don't respect sales somehow. Few communication between managers and sales.

      Pros

      Intimate experience with customers, management, and corporate, almost like a family Coworkers are fun to work with You learn just about every aspect of the Zara company (register, shipment, visual merchandising)

      Cons

      Uniform Long hours (blessing and curse) During holidays/sale times no requests off is allowed
