      Cons

      the work schedule was released only a few days before, so no time to plan ahead. The hours were not distributed evenly throughout the week (4 hrs. one day, next day 8 hrs.) very hostile work environment. My colleagues were reluctant to acknowledge that French was not my mother tongue but that I am fluent in 3 other languages.

      Pros

      The store is very organized. They usually have only one or two large stores in an area, so everything has to be organized or there would be chaos. The management are very helpful, always ready to explain things and to mentor associates.

      Cons

      There is a strange two tiered system of cashiers and management that takes some getting used to.
