Pros

it´s work with really nice cloths and friendly young people. You have a lot of coworkers so you get to know many people and sometimes it´s fun during the closing time. Salary is not too bad, extra money for overtime, plus commission.

Cons

They expect you to work in uniform witch is often not your size, they don´t give ANY training at all (except showing you all the fire exits). Very disorganized management with no rules or "too many rules but nobody knows about them". New people get the worst jobs and they are dependent on how much coworkers are willing to help them. Managers aditude is the worst part, pressurise as much as possible, keep as less staff as possible on the shift and make them work as hard as possible, end of the day nobody aprichiate your work. Shift runners are careless and acting bossy, they never say Hello first and indirectly make you feel like useless person. Very busy place, were customers dont make a mess only when they know you are watching, some of them even though you r watching. They want you to bring paper from doctor when u are one day sick, you dont get chance to disguss about your working schedule, stock room is way too messy and sometimes is impossible to get the clots from there, the ladders are many times broken so you are risking your health. Forget about customer service, you dont really have much time for them so even if you feel sorry, you can´t give them attention they deserve. Some people, especially those in the management dont know basic politeness (introducing, saying please, thank you, asking you if you can work longer, asking if they can change your shifts, letting you know that you r working in your day off etc). Also it feels a little unpleasant when most of the people around you speak spanish all the time when you dont understand as in zara is big prevalence of staff from spain.
