      Pros

      To be blunt no prejudice involved, there are absolutely no pros to working for this company when working an entry level position. There is no growth nor is it worth it to move up unless you are willing to wait years and claw your way up to a high paying position.

      Cons

      Pay is horrendous for the amount of labor you put in not mention they cut Commision 2 years ago.

      Paid 20 minute break for 8 hour shifts.

      Cons

      Unpaid lunch break; very poor health and safety standards; terrible work culture (most people who work at the store hate their jobs and are very verbal about it); very high staff turnover; consistently very understaffed.

      Pros

      The only thing good about this job was the money . They should've been paying more for all the things they assign you to but they won't.

      Cons

      They overwork, under pay, under staff, customers are horrible and will mistreat you. Lines are long,for both cash registers and fitting room. VERY VERY UNDERSTAFFED. They change clothing layouts everyday, it's very annoying because when a customer asks me where something is i don't even know and then they get mad at me. Not enough pay for everything they ask you to do AND what you get out through. Reconsider working here.
