      Employees are very much secondary Loyalty and performance has highly erratic impact on career progression Strange “elitist” culture in more senior groups/leadership teams Expect to be placed at risk appx every 18 months Show gratitude when you survive. It is expected. Don’t speak out. It’s encouraged but frowned upon in reality Expect to see the same strategy every year. Low growth. Cut expense. Be positive. Minimal ambition.
