      The company had/has a fantastic global franchise for large corporations as well as great people with a global mindset

      Cons

      Trust in senior management is diminishing after so many redundancy rounds. Ensure you are part of a country organization and not part of HQ.

      If you are a good corporate citizen then you can go far

      Cons

      If you don't follow the leader you will quickly be moved on, usually in one of the yearly job cut rounds Transformation program seems to go on forever, more of a slow burn program with the burn meaning job cuts

      Smart people all around, great place to work if you are just out of college as ongoing professional training is excellent.

      Cons

      Bullying and poor management. Not much room to progress professionally unless you happen to be friends with the right people.
