Awful. Everything is KPI driven. If it works on excel it must be great. over 30 years old...forget it. They only want fresh young staff with no experience so they can scare them. Older staff are treated dirt by 23 year old managers. No career progression

Zurich Italy is the perfect company if you are over 40 and you don't have any ambitions: you will have a sure paid salary every month, a lot of free days and you performance will be determined by your boss, so kiss the ring to him and all will be fine. But if you are a young and talented you will find an environment where there are a lot of people don't do any work and are unpunished and your hard and good job is not rewarded. No matters if you are brillant or a low performer, you will get your promotion every 3 years like all other employees. Lack of trainings . Soon you will turn from keen to learn into depressed and you will be scared to work there forever.
