      - Great work environment - Perks of working in MNC - Free Lunch and Evening Snacks - Cool and Chill office - Flexible working hours

      Cons

      - Slightly toxic work culture - Slow to no Growth - Stagnancy is constant even if you perform extraordinary. And if it is compared with US or Uk offices the scenario is completely different. They get better promotion and their it isn't this slow. - Day by day the work culture is getting toxic. And I believe it will only get worse. - Games aren't performing that well to be honest, and company has almost stopped making new games. And just generating revenue from old games. And that also not sure how long will this work.
