Free food Located in SF (good if you are local there)

Cons

-Long hours are a given. -Merit bonus/promotions are given on a more political basis. Absolutely not a meritocracy they claim they are. - Tends to hire in-experienced people and give them control. They tend to think short term. - Too much inter studio politics.

The people there are incredibly talented and motivated and they are doing some pretty impressive stuff in the Facebook space.

Cons

Management on the studio level seem to be more worried about politics than their people, or even the product they are making.

Pros

Free food, unlimited vocation, genius founder, lots of t-shirts, zynga daily news to keep up to date with what is happening around in the industry.

Cons

Lots of politics, company grows too fast, lots of incompetents in the management. Game wise great, technology wise not so. Have to play politics to get promotion. No pork for religious reasons :).
