      Pros

      Great people who work there. Many are committed and excited to learn and share their knowledge.

      Cons

      Lots of in-experience, shifts in direction often. A very staid, old school view on gaming.

      Pros

      Health benefits, perks, gym, good food, career opportunities, interesting work, many good people, dogs in the office, and flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Poor communication from management team. Management team makes poor people decisions, often in a rush and without context or care for employees. Management team does not seem to care about partner teams or understand their value.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, fun environment, relaxed atmosphere, good benefits.

      Cons

      With the newest CEO coming in (from EA no less) I felt the company was becoming more geared toward making money at the expense of their employees. Benefits and bonuses were being cut and several of my coworkers were laid-off as a result.
