Unable to attract new talents. Cannot make good games. Too matrices focused and missed other opportunities. Not everything that counts can be counted, and not everything that can be counted counts.

Free food Cool building Free zynga swag given away Lots of parities and money that went into employee events, offsites, etc

Cons

Sweatshop hours past midnight were the norm People were rude, mean and disrespectful to eachother, unfortunately talking that way was also the norm.
