      Pros

      Moving up the ladder is very possible.

      Cons

      Constant change means, even if you move up the ladder, you constantly traverse uneven terrain. You direction will be "pivoted" at a moment's notice. This means what you've been working on gets tossed aside in favor of the latest flavor of the month.

      - You get to work with some of the best people around - Probably the best place for Product Management in India - Awesome food / recreational facilities

      Cons

      - Work / Life Balance will take a hit, at least initially. That might be true of any firm. - No clarity beyond the next 3 months. Things / Teams change very quickly. If the chaos is okay, you should thrive here.

      Lots of constant pressure to meet arbitrary deadlines Quality is not a priority in the end product Management has very little visibility on who is actually doing a good job Perks are getting less and less and noticeably less month to month
