Pros

Lots of perks Hours are okay (depending on what team you're on/which manager you have) Happy Hours with free beer/wine/pizza every Friday No vacation/sick day policy, take as many days off as you need, up to 1-week per quarter. Salary is great/on par with industry standard or higher

Cons

Depending on which team you're on, there might be severely little creative freedom Artists tend to get the short end of the stick for bonuses/recognition HR is made up of cheerleaders that only care about each other and not employees Witnessing thousands upon thousands of dollars wasted on frivolous things around the company. Company is enormous; can make you feel more like a number than a human-being Managers were promoted rapidly without proper training Sometimes completely impossible to switch from one game team to another

Pros

Workplace is fun and exciting with plenty of perks! People are complaining about hours but then they want to go occupy some street when they are out of a job. Bottom line is if you work hard at Zynga you will be rewarded. If you slack and think no one is watching then you will learn the hard way that your just not cut out for the major league over here at Zynga!

Cons

I'd like to work on more games at once but I do enjoy the brainstorming events. I feel my voice can be heard at the events .
