      Pros

      Zynga does provide good benefits and extras, and the teammates I have worked with have been great. The teams that I have worked with are solid and know their stuff. I rarely feel like I am asked to sacrifice my life outside of work for unnecessary overtime.

      Cons

      I think the upper management is sometimes a little disconnected from the industry standards. I also thin the idea of cost-of-living raises is sorely lacking.

      Great opportunities for gaining experience, but the quick changes in direction can be too disruptive.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment and top performers are rewarded very well. If you're the type of person who likes to get up and reach for your goals, this place could work very well for you. New university grads seem to do especially well at this company and it's a great first mark on your resume. The perks at HQ are amazing with an onsite gym, free breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, onsite barista..etc.

      Cons

      Some departments and their employees have become numbers on a spreadsheet with teams sometimes being restructured suddenly with no input from the employee. Unfortunately, this does not inspire loyalty and the rate of attrition has been rising.
