Very exciting place to work, though you will get pushed incredibly hard to deliver at all times.

Cons

Lots of politics and thrashing as executives change direction on a weekly, if not daily basis.

-Good coworkers most of the time -Reasonable benefits

Cons

-Work here is driven by fear -Managers can treat the team in a derogatory way -High burnout rates among the team. And sadly but usually, the nicer, harder-working people got burnt out faster. -Promotion is getting slower and slower due to the corporate structure -Minimal bonding among the team, most people are suffering and just want to get the day over with -And games here are more like monetization machines

manager has the right to decide your promotion, what you are going to work on and everything. If you don't have a good relationship with your manager, you won't have any good opportunities.
