      Good wlb and opportunity to work on interesting stuff

      Cons

      Lower than market pay and hard to get promoted. Too many cooks in the kitchen and IC not valued enough. Most PMs are messing with the projects with little knowledge nor effort to understand the details.

      Pros

      The work culture in Zynga, Bangalore is such that deadlines are taken as seriously as it should be - but at the same time, there is an understanding that people have lives beyond their work. The employees here, in general, are approachable and supportive. Also, diversity and inclusivity are not merely buzzwords here - there are active efforts to seek, as well as give opportunities to women who are interested in this field. As a woman, I feel supported, seen and heard here; which I think is the way it should be everywhere!

      Cons

      At present, I have no major complaints. The only concern I have is: sometimes short-term monetisation strategies seem to take precedence over long-term sustainability. But being more on the inexperienced side, there is a lot more I need to learn, to come up with a more informed perspective.
