      Pros

      It's a start-up at the end of the day - not a mature business. We're fixing things, changing everything every day (it seems like it anyway, sometimes), running fast, building the next gen of EV infrastructure, products etc - it's hard work, unpredictable but moving faster and faster....... Amazing to think of what it'll be in 3, 4, 5 years..... New management team pushing teams very hard and if you like that (I do) it's pretty good to be around.

      Cons

      Poor IT systems (we use bp's) and sometimes the pace and pressure of fix fix fix and grow grow grow gets a bit much - bp machinery makes things challenging (slows business down - frustrating)
