      Good salary, Lunch provided, HR on the ball.

      Cons

      the VP I was supporting wanted to be called "Sir" and thought he was god, the team I was working in were not very welcoming at all and barely spoke to me from the start. Extremely Hierarchical, was told I was not allowed to work from home and that I had to "earn the right" and that working from home was a "gift". Having come from a different industry there was no help or support and because of the team I was in I felt very nervous about asking questions.

      Great pay. Great people for the most part. Challenging and interesting work. 7% 401k matching.

      Cons

      HR does not help employees and in a number of cases seems to be running witch hunts. Being a yes man is all they want now. Ask for feedback then get mad when you give it. Condescending attitude from management. Seemingly constant reorganizations.
