      Good pay, good benefits. Some very smart people

      Cons

      Management is slow to make decisions. Bad at providing development opportunities and feedback. Large bureaucratic process. Strong performers are likely to shoulder massive workloads relative to peers

      Pros

      Great benefits and compensation package. Rumor had it that BP fuels is a great place to work as well.

      Cons

      Weak and selfish senior leaders in Lubes division that lack courage to challenge a losing strategy or take responsibility. Sever cost cutting has led to significant decrease in people resources creating huge inefficiencies and an inability to take advantage of new business opportunities. Morale is at an all time low and it feels like those that are left are on the Titanic.
