Pros

Very good people. Great management training. HR Policies and procedures are best practice. Diverse range of opportunities. High ethical stance. Bad behaviour isn't tolerated

Cons

Constant retrenchments and reorganisations in recent years', led to fewer opportunities and confused culture. Knowledge management isn't a great skill. Lots of people new to their jobs. People with outside experience not always as valued as "home grown".

Pros

Work Life Balance Flexible Working Growth & Development Opportunities Collaboration - People are professional, respectful and willing to help Great Manager

Cons

Can be fairly conservative. Currently a mix of really progressive people & people quite embedded in a particular way of doing things. That said, most people are willing to consider different viewpoints.
