Pros

Good benefits, gym at the campus, knowledgeable employees, work-life balance. They treat their employees with dignity and respect especially during restructuring.

Cons

Some employees can back-stabbed you especially when they feel that you know more than then and their lack of knowledge might be exposed. Some employees take credit for your work behind you. Their ranking system might need some improvement as it is not very fair as it sometimes has to do with your boss liking you even though you are not an exceptional employee, you might end up getting a very high ranking.

Pros

Strong brand even after the gulf... Sadly people are impressed when you say you work there, their petrol is actually good

Cons

Recruitment will call you up and offer you a more junior role, they will not have the IT/system access ready for you on your first day or month even for some parts, GBS are second class citizens, treated as servants even, so watch out for the difference, laptops are from 2005? and the slowest devices I've ever had - ever! Managers don't know what is going on and can't support you, senior managers won't acknowledge you, office staff think they are top sit but lack substance, they will even stab you in the back to get ahead, they celebrate pretty document templates and compliance with internal processes, not productivity gains and innovation, promotions are earned by stripes and doing your time, I laughed, cause I left, and payroll will gossip about your departure, so much for being discrete but they all did their time and now most are gone, made redundant, with 40% of their budget missing from low oil prices, this business is a stagnate one. Save your career and avoid.

Pros

Only pro is if you are a cut throat middle aged white male with no family, kids or pets, etc.

Cons

No gender or race equality. No work life balance. Overworked and underpaid. Lots of manipulation, tattletales, and throwing others under the bus.
